TERMS of understanding

I understand that chemical treatments have different effects on different hair types and colors. I agree to hold the salon and the hair technician harmless in the event of unexpected or undesired results.
I have had the process and possible results adequately explained to me. I have been given the opportunity to make requests and ask questions.
I understand that previous treatments and chemical services can continue to have an effect on my hair. It has been recommended to me that I fully disclose my previous treatments to my stylist prior to the treatment.
I understand that my stylist who will try his or her best to create my desired results. I also understand that the best way to assist my technician is to be clear about my requirements,and any prior scalp conditions or chemical service i have had done.
I understand that chemical services on unhealthy hair is not advised.
If I have had had any chemical service in the last 4 or less i understand that its a possibility of damage that could occur if i receive another chemical.

TERMS of understanding

FRONTALS ARE HIGH MAINTENANCE
Frontals last an average of up to 2 weeks.
Can be less depending on body chemistry and weather.
If you need to have it reinstalled it will be additional fees
Reinstall are only done on clean frontals/units
Please purchase 91% alcohol to remove lace glue from scalp and hair
We advise you to allow a professional to remove your lace frontals
If removed improperly there could be possible hair loss.
With any braid service there are possibilities of hair loss
Please wait 24 hours before getting lace frontal/units wet
Do not submerge under water

I understand that if additional applications or maintenance is needed after i leave the salon there is a possibility there may be additional fees.

I also understand that my stylist will provider the best services possible to you although it is not likely, but it is possible braiding or weave services can be damaging to my own hair.

I understand that my stylist/ technician will perform my service to the best of his or her abilities using their own expertise.

I have been made aware of certian negative possibilities regaurding the service i would like to receive today, as well as the possible outcomes that may or may not be what i expected.

i am choosing to move forward with the service against my stylists recommendations.

I will not hold my stylist/technician or the salon responsible for any undesirable outcomes.
